With over 15 years of professional experience in developmental disability services across CA, NM, and MN, we've gained a deep understanding of the intricate systems and processes involved in accessing care.
Our diverse experience, from direct support roles to leadership positions within the disability care space, has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex systems, identify overlooked resources, and create a comprehensive approach to support your unique goals.
As a Bay Area native, Elia is deeply motivated to give back to the communities that shaped her by providing compassionate and culturally attuned care that has defined her career. Her goal is to offer high-quality care that helps families and individuals move forward with the right support.
